We are currently seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative to be the initial touchpoint, building genuine relationships, generating interest, and paving the way for business opportunities. Your role is pivotal in facilitating our client agencies' growth, making you a key player in broadening their customer base with your strong communication skills and ability to connect with people.

The ideal candidate should be tech savvy, able to communicate through multiple channels and be super organized.

You will be working with an amazing digital marketing agency/small business based in the US. You will be reporting directly to the agency owner.

Your Quest:

- Engage in spellbinding conversations to unveil prospect needs and challenges
- Assess their fit for our solutions and gauge interest in the sales journey
- Establish rapport, focusing on the mystical needs of potential customers
- Communicate the value proposition of our offerings to address their magical pain points
- Maintain enchanted records in CRM realms like GHL (Go HighLevel)
- Follow up with leads, nurturing relationships through the mystical sales funnel
- Gather feedback to refine the magical lead qualification criteria
- Answer and direct inbound phone calls
- Dialing calls
- Following up with leads via emails, text messages, and calls
- Cold outreach
- Maintaining records of calls dialed each day
- Conduct background research on leads
- Verify documentation provided
- Manage communication and answer emails
- Prepare and organize databases and reports
- Manage social media accounts and replies
- Handles customer and employer information confidentially 
- Booking appointments
- Create purchase orders, track and manage deals
- Manage filing systems, update records and organize documentation

Sales Development Representative Requirements

- Graduate and above
- Proficient computer skills including MS office
- Well versed with technology
- Understanding of advanced sales principles
- Highly organized multi-tasker and ability to work on multiple instructions
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills
- Self-directed and and able to work without supervision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer-service and presentation skills

Job Requirements

- You have to be willing to work USA business hours (8am - 4pm PST), Pakistani Night Shift

This is work from home position with the following prerequisites:
- Have at least a 15Mbps internet connection
- Have a dedicated and comfortable workspace inside your house with no interruptions 

Home setup has to be stress-tested:
- Power backup in place (UPS, Generator, etc)
- Home office setup verified (Dedicated work area, not working from your bed)
- Work laptop with the right hardware
- Camera and lighting

Expectations to communicate

1. Responsiveness. Be quick to reply when I send a message and on top of the ball. To me that is the most important aspect of this role. If I send a message during work hours and don’t hear back quickly I will question how engaged you are in the position
2. Be resourceful. I’ll share with you what I need done and how to get around, but if you are stuck on something try to solve it yourself before asking me or another team member. If it’s something you could have solved by contacting support or doing a Google search first… then do that.
3. Honesty. Just be honest & forthcoming in all our dealings
4. Innovate. We are an extremely fast growing business. As you go about your job, we want you to find ways to improve things, make suggestions and enhance the way we operate

Here is a sneak peek of the basic pay scale and bonuses that Nawab Capital offers to its Associates.

- Competitive Basic Salary:
You will receive a competitive basic salary, tailored to your unique experience and expertise, with the potential to reach up to 200k.
- Conversion Bonus
Rs. 10,000: If we, as a team, close 2% of the total leads for the given month.
Rs. 15,000: If we, as a team, close 3% of the total leads for the given month.
Rs. 20,000: If we, as a team, close 4% of the total leads for the given month.
Rs. 40,000: If we, as a team, close 5% of the total leads for the given month.
