An experienced digital marketing associate is required to help with the strategy, implementation, and optimization of our online marketing initiatives. The operation of promoting goods and services through digital channels is extensive and holds a lot of potential which is also becoming increasingly beneficial to companies.

The ideal applicant would be enthusiastic about everything related to Technology and Marketing. You will have a solid knowledge of the concepts behind digital marketing and how the Internet can be a valuable tool for gaining expanding revenue. You will have fantastic ideas to sustain our marketing campaign and be tech-savvy and intuitive.
- Hands-on experience with CRM management to help us build customer relationships and streamline processes by using CRM tools such as Go High Level
- Prepare emails to make the customers aware of your product/service to educate your audience on the value of your brand 
- Experience with automation such as triggers, funnels, forms, and much more.
- Knows how to handle social media handles such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and many more. 
- Must have good experience and knowledge of google marketing such as google search ads, google videos, network ads, and keyword research.
- Excellent knowledge of google analytics and ability to evaluate analytics reports, web traffic, analytics, monster insights, and other analytic tools. 
- Able to demonstrate insights by Facebook. 
- Actively creating graphics and branding strategies such as logo creation, post designs, and infographics. 
- Good writing skills for content marketing strategies such as webinars, blogs, and explainer videos.

Requirements:

Exceptional English communication skills along with linguistics for US clients - (US accent preferable)
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, and CRM
- Good Knowledge of all digital marketing channels
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- A bachelor’s degree or relevant experience

Job Requirements

- You have to be willing to work USA business hours (9am - 5pm PST), Pakistani Night Shift

This is work from home position with the following prerequisites:
- Have at least a 15Mbps internet connection
- Have a dedicated and comfortable workspace inside your house with no interruptions 

Home setup has to be stress-tested:
- Fast computer 
- Power backup in place (UPS, Generator, etc)
- Uninterrupted quiet workspace with a comfortable, table, chair, and clean backdrops
- Work laptop with the right hardware
- Camera and lighting

1. Responsiveness. Be quick to reply when I send a message and on top of the ball. To me that is the most important aspect of this role. If I send a message during work hours and don’t hear back quickly I will question how engaged you are in the position
2. Be resourceful. I’ll share with you what I need done and how to get around, but if you are stuck on something try to solve it yourself before asking me or another team member. If it’s something you could have solved by contacting support or doing a Google search first… then do that.
3. Honesty. Just be honest & forthcoming in all our dealings
4. Innovate. We are an extremely fast growing business. As you go about your job, we want you to find ways to improve things, make suggestions and enhance the way we operate
5. Work hard. There is a lot to do. I’ll need you by my side proactively learning, innovating, and getting things done.

- Competitive Basic Salary:
You will receive a competitive basic salary, tailored to your unique experience and expertise, with the potential to reach up to Rs.200,000.
