What are we looking for?

If you're a pro at CRM, especially Go High Level, we want to hear from you. You'll have an integral role in managing lead-generation strategies and marketing campaigns. You'll have the responsibility to optimize the CRM, using your analytical skills to refine and automate marketing workflows. Your expertise will be vital in driving measurable success for our clients.

Core Skills:

1. Lead Generation Strategy:

- Plan and implement comprehensive lead generation strategies tailored to specific target audiences and industries.
- Identify and segment target markets to maximize lead generation effectiveness.
- Utilize a combination of inbound (content marketing, SEO, social media) and outbound (email marketing, cold outreach) techniques.

2. Content Marketing:

- Collaborate with content creators to develop high-quality, engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
- Create and optimize landing pages, blog posts, eBooks, webinars, and other lead magnets.
- Ensure content aligns with keyword strategies and search intent.

3. Email Marketing:

- Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including lead nurturing and drip campaigns.
- Build and maintain email lists, segmenting leads for personalized communication.
- Monitor email campaign performance and adjust strategies for improved results.
 
4. Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Regularly analyze lead generation campaign performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Generate detailed reports on lead acquisition, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize lead generation efforts.

5. CRM Management and Go High Level Expertise:

- Utilize CRM software and the Go High Level platform to track and manage leads through the sales funnel.
- Implement lead scoring systems to prioritize and qualify leads.
- Ensure seamless communication and handoff between marketing and sales teams.

 6. Go High Level Campaign Management:

- Plan and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns within the Go High Level platform.
- Create and manage landing pages, email sequences, SMS campaigns, and other marketing assets.
- Develop high-converting campaign strategies tailored to client objectives.

7. Workflow Automation:

- Design and execute automated workflows to streamline sales and marketing processes.
- Create custom automation sequences, including lead nurturing, follow-ups, and customer engagement.
- Utilize Go High Level's automation features to improve operational efficiency.
 
8. Integration and API Management:

- Manage integrations between Go High Level and other marketing and sales tools, ensuring data flows smoothly.
- Collaborate with development teams to implement custom API solutions as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to maintain system integrity.
 
9. Client Collaboration:

- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business goals and objectives.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding Go High Level campaigns and automations.
- Provide guidance and recommendations on campaign improvements.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a lead generation expert and Go High Level Specialist, with a successful track record of generating high-quality leads and managing successful campaigns and automations.
- Strong knowledge of inbound and outbound marketing techniques.
- Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM tools, and the Go High Level platform.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Up-to-date with digital marketing trends, Go High Level updates, and best practices.

Communication Skills: Effective communication is essential when working with clients, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders. You must be able to convey complex ideas and strategies clearly and concisely.

Problem-Solving: The ability to analyze data, identify issues, and come up with creative solutions is vital. You'll encounter challenges in lead generation and campaign management, and the ability to troubleshoot effectively is crucial.

Teamwork: Collaboration with content creators, developers, sales teams, and clients is a common aspect of this role. Being a team player and working cohesively with others is important.

Time Management: As you'll be managing multiple projects and campaigns, strong time management skills are necessary to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and ensure all aspects of lead generation and campaign management run smoothly.

Attention to Detail: Accuracy is essential when handling data and automations. Small errors can have significant consequences in lead generation and campaign management.

Client-Centric Focus: Understanding and empathizing with clients' goals and needs is key to delivering successful campaigns. A client-centric approach fosters strong relationships and client satisfaction.

Job Requirements

- You have to be willing to work USA business hours (9am - 5pm PST), Pakistani Night Shift
- Send your DISC (https://www.tonyrobbins.com/disc/) assessment along with your resume

This is work from home position with the following prerequisites:
- Have at least a 15Mbps internet connection
- Have a dedicated and comfortable workspace inside your house with no interruptions 

Home setup has to be stress-tested:
- Fast computer 
- Power backup in place (UPS, Generator, etc)
- Uninterrupted quiet workspace with a comfortable, table, chair, and clean backdrops
- Work laptop with the right hardware
- Camera and lighting

1. Responsiveness. Be quick to reply when I send a message and on top of the ball. To me that is the most important aspect of this role. If I send a message during work hours and don’t hear back quickly I will question how engaged you are in the position
2. Be resourceful. I’ll share with you what I need done and how to get around, but if you are stuck on something try to solve it yourself before asking me or another team member. If it’s something you could have solved by contacting support or doing a Google search first… then do that.
3. Honesty. Just be honest & forthcoming in all our dealings

- Competitive Basic Salary:
